DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT?

Walk-ins are always welcome, but to better serve each bride, we recommend booking an appointment. This ensures you will receive one-on-one styling with a consultant.


WHEN SHOULD I ORDER MY WEDDING DRESS?

It is never too early to order your wedding dress. We recommend shopping and ordering your dress no later than 8-12 months before your wedding day. Almost all gowns are made to order. Please allow 4-6 months for your dress to be designed. If you don’t have that much time, don’t worry. Rush deliveries are possible, or you could always find a sample gown you fall in love with and bring it home with you the same day.


WHAT IS YOUR PRICE RANGE?

The gowns in our store range from $0 to $4999. We hope to service all types of budgets.


WHAT SIZES OF DRESSES DO YOU CARRY?

Currently, we carry sizes 2-32 in store. After finding your dream dress, we will take your measurements and order the dress completely custom for you.


DO YOU OFFER ALTERATIONS?

We do not offer alterations but we have an amazing list of "magicians" (aka seamstresses) that we highly recommend!


WHO SHOULD I BRING WITH ME TO MY APPOINTMENT?

We recommend bringing the people whose opinions matter the most to you, have your best interest and want to see you oh so happy!


WHAT DO I NEED FOR MY APPOINTMENT?

We recommend any undergarments you feel comfortable in. Although, all dresses do come with built in cups for easy try-on. Bring your dress ideas, your loved ones and a camera!


WHEN I FIND MY DREAM DRESS, HOW DO PAYMENTS WORK?

We just require 50% to special order your dress. Once the order is submitted, no changes or cancellations can be made since each dress is special ordered for each bride! You are welcome to call and make payments for the remaining balance but the rest of the 50% is due upon pickup of the dress.
