Vayda Jane was so great— Michael and I both love supporting local. We love the Effingham area. I tried on dresses elsewhere and nothing was quite like the dresses at Vayda Jane. They had a certain quality about them that made a lot of the dresses I tried on there so good! I had a hard time narrowing it down. Shelby does an amazing job as well as the other staff. Very attentive to what I wanted!

Our love story fortunately has a happy ending since we got married. We dated long distance for 5 years through college and my grad school. Michael and I broke up before I finished my grad program. We were apart for over a year. I had moved back to Effingham to start work. Even though we broke up, we still missed each other and wanted to be together. If we got back together, it was going to be for good, and with the intention to get married. A year and a half after getting back together we got engaged, and now have been married almost 3 months. Michael is the best 🙂”
