My Husband is Dave Cook (I just love saying that!!!)

Dave is a paramedic, and I’m an ER nurse. We met in the Emergency Department at Barnes Jewish hospital in St. Louis. He left stl city ems and went to be a flight medic, and we didn’t see each other for a long time. We worked together for several years, but didn’t start dating until after I took a job back at home at Carle ED (Charleston, IL). We did long distance for a little while, and then he transferred to the Air Evac base in Effingham. We’ve been together for a little over 2.5 years."
