Joe and I met on the dating app Bumble. The conversations were always so easy, which made me know he was the one. We always like finding new places to hike, so waking up early one morning to go hiking was nothing unusual. He set up his tripod to get a picture of us, which wasn’t weird, because he loves getting pictures of us. It was a chilly morning so I had MANY layers on. Joe kindly said to me maybe for the picture take off the jacket. The next thing I know he was on one knee. Props to him for making sure I didn’t look like a train wreck for the pictures haha.
Our wedding day was a dream come true. We got married at Pear Tree Estate! It was the windiest day, but the sun came out an hour before the ceremony and it was beautiful. After the ceremony Joe and I went back to the house where I got ready and had a few moments to just be married. My dress had a skirt with it, so for the reception I took it off for a more form fitted vibe. It literally looked like a different dress! After dinner we snuck away for chilly sunset pictures. We danced the night away with our best friends. It truly was the best day."
