We were in a wedding together 9 years ago and lost touch over the years. I started working where he did and we actually sparked things on tinder. I knew he was the one because he is patient and always makes sure I know we are a team and I never had to face anything alone after 8 years of being a single mom. We had gone to our family camp site for the weekend with our kids and his parents to spend some time fishing and boating. We stopped at a sand bar to eat lunch and let the kids play in the water and we were talking when he pulled the ring out and got on one knee.
