We initially knew each from college, but rekindled our friendship after school, and the rest is history. I knew he was the one when he stuck with me during my cancer battle whenever he could’ve easily walked away. It truly showed his character and how amazing of a man he is. He’s my best friend! We were in New Orleans with a group of friends and we went on a riverboat cruise one morning. We were standing on the deck of the boat and next thing I knew he was down on one knee asking me to marry him! Our wedding was a beautiful day surrounded by our family and friends. The weather was perfect, the food was amazing, and everything turned out wonderful! A day we won’t soon forget!"
